Shipping policy
Order Processing:
At Leo & Roxy Yarn Co., we strive to get your orders out the door as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, such as sales or new releases, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
We offer flat-rate shipping within Canada and the United States, with options for expedited shipping at an additional cost. For international shipping rates, please contact us directly at info@leoandroxyyarnco.com. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:
• Canada: Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days.
• United States: Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days.
• International: Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 10-21 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing or postal delays.
Free Shipping:
We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders over $250 within Canada and the United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
Customs & Import Duties:
For international orders, customs and import duties may apply once the package reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
For our US Customers: Starting August 27, 2025, U.S. customs will begin charging duties and taxes on all orders (no matter the value). These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by U.S. Customs, not Leo & Roxy Yarn Co.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments:
While we do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time, we understand that things can sometimes go wrong. If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@leoandroxyyarnco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate when placing your order. Leo & Roxy Yarn Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
