We Want You to Love Your Yarn!
At Leo & Roxy Yarn Co., we’re all about making sure you’re over the moon with your yarn. If something’s not quite right, let’s make it better!
Change Your Mind? No Problem!
We totally get it—sometimes that skein just doesn’t vibe with your latest project. If you’ve changed your mind, you can return any unused, unwound, and unknit yarn within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Just make sure it’s in its original condition. Please note that return shipping is up to the customer.
Oops! We Made a Mistake?
Did we send you the wrong colourway or base? That’s on us, and we’re here to fix it! Drop us a line at info@leoandroxyyarnco.com, and we’ll set things right ASAP. You can send it back, and we’ll ship you the correct yarn, free of charge.
Yarn Didn’t Meet Your Expectations?
We pour our hearts into every skein, but if something slipped through that isn’t up to our usual standards, let us know! We’ll work with you to make it right, whether it’s a refund, exchange, or a heartfelt apology.
How to Return Your Yarn:
1. Contact us at info@leoandroxyyarnco.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We’ll send you return instructions.
3. Once we receive your yarn and give it the once-over, we’ll process your store credit or exchange.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind:
• Sale items, clubs and advents are final and can’t be returned.
• Gift cards aren’t refundable.
• If you’re returning yarn from outside Canada, please note that international return shipping costs are up to the customer.
